Mobile Workflows: 4 Classic Use Cases

Mobile workflows: 4 typical use cases

Here you get concrete steps for using KNOWYOURCHAT on the go. A big lever is the AI Studio: you can capture ideas quickly (e.g. by voice) and the AI Crew builds a post from them in the background – so the next time you look at your phone, a finished draft is often already waiting.

1) Quickly check that everything is "running" (2-minute check)

  • Open Home.
  • Check whether scheduled posts are coming up.
    • Open the Calendar and jump to today.
    • Check whether content is "ready" or whether something is still missing (media, text, approval).
  • Check whether reviews/approvals are open.

2) Responding on the go (community)

  • Open the Inbox.
  • Work through the threads and decide per thread:
    • Reply (if it is clear).
    • Assign (if someone else should respond).
    • Later (if you need more info first).
  • When replying:
    • Briefly read the context (post, previous comments).
    • Write a concise reply.
    • Keep the tone consistent (friendly, clear, solution-oriented).
    • Going deeper: keeping the tone consistent (when you work as a team).
  • If terms/structure are unclear:

3) Small content touch-ups

Ideal for "quick fixes" instead of rebuilding from scratch.

  • Open Posts and the draft in question.
  • Typical quick adjustments on the go:
    • Shorten the caption or make it clearer.
    • Add hashtags or a call to action.
    • Check the spelling.
  • If AI is involved:
    • Read it through once and check whether facts/details are correct.
  • Afterwards:

4) Creating posts on the go

This works especially well when you want to quickly create a draft or capture something spontaneously.

  1. Open the AI Studio.
  2. Share your idea with the AI Crew – e.g. as a short text or by voice (if available).
  3. If possible, add some quick context:
    • goal (e.g. reach, leads, recruiting)
    • platform (e.g. Instagram vs. LinkedIn)
    • tone/form of address (casual vs. formal)
  4. The AI Crew creates a post draft in the background (caption, variants, possibly structure/CTA).
  5. The next time you open the app, you can review the draft, adjust it, and then schedule it or send it for approval.

Option B: Manually (Calendar/Posts)

If you prefer to create it yourself:

  • Start in the Calendar (plus/"Create post") or in Posts ("Create post" in the top right).
  • Set the title/platform(s)/caption/media and schedule the date/time.
