Setting goals during onboarding (with one click)
After you've connected your social media accounts and entered your company information (the AI analyzes additional info in the background while you do), you can select your goals with a click right below.
These are the most common goals around business, marketing, and social media – so that KNOWYOURCHAT can later align content and suggestions better with what you really want to achieve.
How it works
- First, connect your channels.
- Then enter your company information. Simply place your company website in the designated field (meanwhile, the AI analyzes additional information in the background).
- Then scroll down in the onboarding to the Goals section.
- Click the goals that are relevant for you.
- (Optional) Select several goals – if you have multiple focus areas.
Examples of typical goals
The specific goal options may vary slightly depending on your setup – but the logic stays the same: you simply pick what fits best.
Business goals
- Increase brand awareness
- Increase reach in relevant target audiences
- Build trust/authority
- Strengthen recruiting / employer branding
- Support customer acquisition
Marketing goals
- Generate leads
- Increase website traffic
- Increase newsletter sign-ups
- Push a product or campaign launch
- Community building (growth & retention)
Social media goals
- Build a regular posting routine
- Increase engagement (comments, saves, shares)
- Improve performance of formats (Reels, carousels, Shorts …)
- Establish content series
- Speed up the team workflow (planning, approval, production)
Tip: adjust goals later
If your strategy changes (e.g. a new campaign, a new target audience, a new positioning), you can adjust the goals at any time.
✅ Quick start: First select 1–2 main goals (e.g. "brand awareness" + "engagement"). This keeps the suggestions focused.
