Setting up your workspace: basic setup & structure
This page gives you a quick overview of how your KNOWYOURCHAT workspace is structured – and what the most important areas in the left navigation are for.
1) Switching workspaces (top left)
At the top left you can switch between workspaces – helpful if you're signed in to several workspaces.
2) The navigation bar
Right below that you'll find the navigation through the most important areas:
- Home: start page with an overview (e.g. KPIs, first steps, recently published content). You can structure this area however you like.
- Calendar: planning by date (timing, distribution, overview of scheduled content)
- Posts: central overview for posts (status, next steps, editing)
- AI Studio: new area for AI workflows and AI-powered creation/editing
- Insights: performance analytics (KPIs, trends, top posts)
- Media Hub: organize content, assets, and content building blocks centrally
- Inbox: collection point for incoming tasks/requests (depending on setup)
3) AI Crew – reachable from anywhere
Below the navigation you'll find the sparkles (✨).
When you click them, you can access and communicate with the AI Crew directly from anywhere in the platform.
4) Notification center
Below that you'll find the notification center. Here you can see all notifications centrally in one place.
5) User menu (settings & sign out)
At the very bottom is the user button.
It takes you to the settings or to sign out of the workspace.
