How Do I Create Posts for LinkedIn?

Learn how to create posts for LinkedIn quickly and easily in KNOWYOURCHAT

Here you'll learn how to create, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts in KNOWYOURCHAT — either manually (Calendar/Posts) or with the new AI Studio (AI Crew).

Route 1: Create manually (Calendar or Posts)

A) Create a post in the Calendar

You can create posts directly in the Calendar.

  • Month view: Hover over a day → plus (+)
  • Week view: Hover over a day → Create post

The post editor then opens.

B) Create a post in "Posts"

Alternatively, go to the Posts section and click Create post in the top right.

In the post editor (for both routes)

  1. Give the post a title.
  2. Select LinkedIn as the platform.
  3. Upload media (e.g. image/video — depending on the post type and your LinkedIn connection).
  4. Write the caption (yourself or with AI support).
  5. (Optional) Add labels.
  6. (Optional, depending on your role) Request approvals.
  7. Schedule a date & time or save as a draft.

Route 2: With the AI Studio (AI Crew)

In the AI Studio, you share your idea directly with the AI Crew and have it turned into a post draft in seconds.

You'll typically get:

  • caption suggestions that match your goals
  • phrasing that fits your brand voice
  • variations (e.g. different hooks/CTAs)

Then you take the draft into a post and schedule it or send it for approval (depending on your role).
