Onboarding is deliberately kept short: in a few steps you connect your channels, give us context about your brand, and set goals – so the AI Crew can make suggestions in your style right from the start.

Setup in 5 steps

1) Connect social media accounts

After registering with KNOWYOURCHAT for the first time, you start by connecting your social media accounts.

2) Give insight into your company (brand/context)

Next, you give us an insight into your company so the AI Crew can really get to know you and later suggest content that fits your goals – working in your style from day one.

To do this, you can:

• copy your company website into the field and later
• upload documents, e.g. a CI guideline, brand book, or company booklet

The crew automatically derives the relevant brand characteristics from this in the background. You can adjust everything in the settings at any time if your tone, target audience, or positioning changes.

3) Set goals

With a few clicks you record your key goals. That way, later suggestions and content match what you actually want to achieve.

4) Invite your team (optional)

At the end you can invite additional Workspace members. To do this, you provide their email address, name, and the appropriate role.

5) Guided introduction through KNOWYOURCHAT

Once everything is set, our crew guides you through KNOWYOURCHAT – you get clear orientation and immediately know where to find what.

What you should ideally prepare

• Access/passwords or permissions for the social media accounts
• A link to your company website
• Optional: CI/brand documents (brand book, guidelines, PDFs)

✅ Note: If something changes later (e.g. tone, target audience, positioning), you can update the company info and goals in the settings at any time.
