AI in onboarding: building context for the AI Crew
AI in onboarding
During onboarding, the AI Crew builds up context about your brand – so that suggestions, copy, and workflows match your corporate identity, tone of voice, and goals right from the start.
What does the AI Crew do during onboarding?
As soon as you've connected your channels and provided your company information, the AI Crew analyzes information in the background and prepares the collaboration.
Typical results:
- derivation of CI and brand characteristics (e.g. tone of voice, topic areas, positioning)
- better-fitting content suggestions (less generic, more closely aligned with your brand)
- preparation of the workspace (e.g. structures/foundations so you can start right away)
What information can the AI Crew analyze?
You can give the AI Crew context via:
- your company website (paste a link)
- documents such as CI guidelines, brand book, or company booklet (upload)
The more precisely the AI Crew is briefed, the more precisely it works to your expectations.
Best practices: how to make the output noticeably better
- If possible, use guidelines/booklets in addition to the website (more detail, less room for interpretation).
- Make sure CI/brand documents contain the most important points, e.g.:
- tone of voice (dos/don'ts, examples)
- target audience(s)
- topics you want to own (and topics you want to avoid)
- values/positioning
- format and channel priorities
How do goals from onboarding flow in?
The AI Crew also derives recommendations and social media strategies from the goals you selected (e.g. brand awareness, engagement, leads, recruiting).
Among other things, this affects:
- prioritization of formats and topics
- suggestions for series/content pillars
- recommendations for posting frequency and tests
Strategy paper (optional)
If you wish, the AI Crew can create strategy papers early on – e.g. as a foundation for your social media planning.
