Mobile Use: Overview

Important: There is currently no native mobile app yet. However, you can use KNOWYOURCHAT in your mobile browser.

We're expanding KNOWYOURCHAT step by step. Mobile use and a future mobile app are topics we're tackling with focus and continuously building out.

What does "mobile use" mean today?

  • KNOWYOURCHAT runs in the browser on your smartphone.
  • Many features are identical to the desktop.
  • Depending on your device/browser, there can be differences in comfort and performance.

If you notice that something is slow or not displayed cleanly, it's usually a browser issue. Take a look here: Browser recommendations & performance on your phone.

Quick Start

  1. Open KNOWYOURCHAT in your browser.
  2. Log in.
  3. Use the areas just like on desktop (Calendar, Workbench, Inbox, Insights).

If you need "the most important two minutes" on the go (check, react, approve), this is the most practical entry point: Mobile workflows: 4 classic use cases.

If something seems "off"

If views are missing or something is displayed incorrectly, try a different browser or (if possible) the desktop browser.

When you open KNOWYOURCHAT in a mobile browser, these work most reliably in our experience:

  • Google Chrome (Android)
  • Apple Safari (iOS)
