Basic rule
Mobile is like desktop: account security remains the foundation.

1) Forgot or want to change your password
If you can no longer log in or want to change your password for security reasons:
- Open the login page and use "Forgot password" (if available).
- If you are logged in:
- Change the password and then log in once again on your smartphone.
- Tip for on the go:
- Use a password manager whenever possible.
- Avoid password changes on public Wi-Fi.

2) Login doesn't work (typical causes & fixes)
If you can safely rule out "wrong password", it's often browser/session issues when you're on the go.
Quick checks (in this order):
- Briefly check your internet connection (Wi-Fi/5G) and reload the page.
