The Inbox brings together comments and messages (DMs) from your connected channels in one central place. This lets your team respond without constantly switching between platforms.
What is the Inbox?
The Inbox bundles your community communication in one place:

- a unified workflow for replies and follow-up
What you can do in the Inbox
1) Use statuses: open vs. done
Thanks to statuses, everyone on the team can instantly see:
- what's still open
- and what's already done
2) Reply directly (no platform switching)
You can reply and react directly in the Inbox. This saves time and ensures consistent communication, because everything happens in the same workflow.
Optionally, you can also work with saved replies to shorten response times.
3) Assign messages (ownership in the team)
If a message is better handled by someone else, assign it to a workspace member. That way it's immediately clear who's taking over – no chaos.
Recommended routine (short)
- Quickly go through the Inbox daily
- reply to or assign open threads
- close completed threads
