In Posts, you open posts directly from the overview, adjust content, media, and status, and can then move the post to the next step.

Editing posts in Posts is the standard workflow: you go through post by post, adjust content, set labels, incorporate feedback, and move the post to the next status. What matters here is less "where do I click" and more having a clean process, so your team knows what's done and what still needs work.

So whenever you open a post, always think in these two questions:

• What still needs to be added or removed from the content?
• What's the next sensible status? (Draft → Review → Approval → Scheduling)

Open a post

• Open Posts.
• Click the post.
• The post view opens.

Edit content

You can edit the following:

• Title/name
• Text
• Media (image/video)
• Labels
• Timing (if you set it in the editor)

Status & approval

• Save as a draft if work is still pending.
• Request an approval when the post is ready for review.
• Schedule or publish if you have the permission.
