How do I create posts for TikTok?

Here you'll learn how to create, schedule, and publish TikTok posts in KNOWYOURCHAT — either manually (Calendar/Posts) or with the new AI Studio (AI Crew).

Option 1: Create manually (Calendar or Posts)

A) Create a post in the Calendar

You can create posts directly in the Calendar.

• Month view: Hover over a day → plus (+)
• Week view: Hover over a day → Create post

The post editor then opens.

B) Create a post in "Posts"

Alternatively, go to the Posts area and click Create post in the top right.

In the post editor (for both options)

1. Give the post a title.
2. Select TikTok as the platform.
3. Upload a video or photo (depending on the post type).
4. Write the caption (yourself or with AI assistance).
5. Set the TikTok options (e.g. visibility, comments, commercial content).
6. (Optional) Add labels.
7. (Optional, depending on your role) Request approvals.
8. Schedule date & time or save as a draft.

Option 2: With AI Studio (AI Crew)

In AI Studio you share your idea directly with the AI Crew and have a post draft built from it in seconds.

You typically get:

• caption suggestions that match your goals
• wording that matches your brand voice
• variants (e.g. different hooks/CTAs)

Then you turn the draft into a post and schedule it or send it for approval (depending on your role).

• You can set the visibility (e.g. Public).

Allow comments

• You can enable or disable comments.

Disclose commercial content

• You can mark whether the post contains advertising/commercial content.

Upload as draft

• You can set a title.

First comment

• You can prepare a first comment and have it published automatically along with the post.
