Creating your first post: manual vs. AI Studio

There are essentially two ways to create posts in KNOWYOURCHAT: manually (via the Calendar or Posts) or with the new AI Studio (together with the AI Crew).

Option 1: Create manually (Calendar or Posts)

A) Manually in the Calendar

You can create posts directly in the Calendar.

Month view:

• Hover over a day → click the plus (+)

Week view:

• Hover over a day → click Create post

The post editor then opens.

In the post editor you:

• give the post a title
• select the platform(s) for the post
• write the caption (yourself or with AI assistance)
• upload files/media
• depending on your role: request approvals and/or set publication times

B) Manually in Posts

You can also create posts in Posts:

• click Create post in the top right

Then you use the same post editor (title, platform(s), caption, media, approval/scheduling depending on your role).

Option 2: With AI Studio (AI Crew)

In AI Studio you share your idea directly with the AI Crew.

The AI Crew can build a finished post for you in seconds — including:

• targeted caption suggestions
• variants per platform (if you publish on multiple platforms)
• wording that matches your goals
• a tone that follows your brand voice

You can then adopt the suggestions, adjust them, and as usual send them for approval or schedule them (depending on your role).

✅ Remember: Manual = fast & direct in the Calendar/Posts. AI Studio = idea in, draft post out (with captions tailored to your audience and goals).
