Settings: overview

In Settings, you manage three areas: Account, Workspace, and Organization. This is where you adjust your profile and notifications, manage members and connections – and set the strategic foundations for your content.

Many problems can be solved here quickly: missing data, disconnected channels, the wrong time zone, or unclear roles. Once you understand which setting lives where, you save yourself a lot of searching.

If you're just getting started and wondering in what order to approach setup and connections, the onboarding overview helps: Onboarding overview: get started in just a few minutes.

Where do I find Settings?

You reach Settings via the user menu (bottom left). There you'll find the Account, Workspace, and Organization areas.

1) Account: your profile, security & notifications

These are settings that only affect you.

  • Profile:
    • First and last name
    • Email address
    • Job title & bio
    • Language & region
    • Time zone, date format, time format
  • Security: change your password
  • Notifications: email and push notifications

2) Workspace: everything about your workspace

These are settings that are relevant to everyone in the workspace.

Typical areas:

  • General: workspace avatar, name, and description (see: Workspace settings: general)
  • Labels: add, edit, or delete labels
  • Members: invite workspace members, change roles, or remove them from the workspace
  • Social Media Accounts: connect and manage accounts (available vs. connected)
  • Apps: manage integrations (currently e.g. Canva)
  • AI Crew: configure the AI Crew
    • Language, form of address, response length, emojis, fine-tuning
    • Knowledge base (documents as reference material)
    • Rules/do's & don'ts, topic priorities, platform settings (e.g. hashtag strategy, post length, tone adjustment)

3) Organization: brand & strategy

The organization sits above everything and bundles strategic foundations.

Typical areas:

  • Brand Hub: filled automatically during onboarding (e.g. from your company website) and contains, among other things, your brand identity plus company and marketing goals – everything can be adjusted later
  • Strategy Hub: have a strategy created for you or build one yourself
  • Members: manage organization members
  • Billing: view your current subscription plan and usage figures

What should you check first if something doesn't work?

  1. Social Media AccountsIf a connection isn't clean, posting, Inbox, and Insights can be limited.
  2. Members / rolesIf someone "can't see" something or can't edit it, it's often a permissions issue.
  3. Account profile (time zone/format)If times or dates look "odd", it's often a wrong time zone or format.

Quick start: Problems with posting/Inbox/Insights? Check Social Media Accounts first. Team issue? Check members and roles. Wrong times? Check time zone/format in your account profile.
