The AI Crew are your personal AI assistants in KNOWYOURCHAT. They support you with creating content, with strategy, and with analysis – right where you're working.

What is the AI Crew?

The AI Crew is simply there for you in KNOWYOURCHAT whenever you want to move faster or make something better.

You work in the chat together with a crew member on your result – step by step, with follow-up questions, variants, and fine-tuning.

Important: the crew uses your context (e.g. platform, target audience, tone of voice) and the goals stored in your workspace.

Usually your crew member already knows your goals from onboarding (or from the goals maintained later in the settings). So you don't have to bring up your goal every single time – often "I need ideas" or "Please make this better" is enough.

Where is the AI Crew available?

1) In the Home area (your default assistant)

In the Home area, a crew member is there for you by default. It's your quickest way in whenever you just need a bit of support:

ideas or wording
a quick structure
a brief assessment
next steps ("What do I do next?")

2) On every other page (via quick action)

In areas like Calendar, Posts, Insights, or Smart Inbox, you can bring in the AI Crew with one small action. Just click the two sparkles to the left above the bell – and the AI Crew is activated. This is handy because your assistant automatically picks up the context of the page.

3) In the AI Studio (focused deep work)

In the AI Studio you work with extra focus: you pick a crew member and develop a result together – from briefing to final output.

Crew members: today and going forward

Right now you can work with these crew members in the AI Studio:

Cleo: helps you with content (captions, hooks, carousel structure, video outlines, variants)
Nova: helps you with strategy (positioning, topic planning, series logic, priorities, KPI-driven recommendations)

Going forward, the crew will grow to 5 crew members.

Can I choose the crew member?

Yes. In the AI Studio you can pick the crew member you want (e.g. Cleo for content, Nova for strategy) and then work with exactly that kind of support.

Quick start: how to use the crew well

Start with the result you want (e.g. "3 hook variants").
Briefly set the guardrails (platform, target audience, tone).
Get a first suggestion.
Give 1–2 clear corrections ("shorter", "more neutral", "more benefit-focused").
