Here you'll find an overview of which features KNOWYOURCHAT can use via the Google Business API and where there are limitations.
What is generally possible?
The exact capabilities depend on which data Google currently provides via the API and which permissions were granted when connecting.
Typical areas are:
- connecting and retrieving basic data for the business profile
- viewing selected statistics (where available)
What is limited?
Some features are only partially possible or unavailable, depending on the API. That's normal and isn't down to KNOWYOURCHAT, but to the platform.
