Your daily routine with Home
With a short routine, Home becomes the start button for your day. In just a few minutes you can see whether anything is blocked, whether the week is planned, and what you should do next.
The goal isn't to get everything done in Home. The goal is to make the right decision quickly.
If you use Home briefly the same way every day, a routine forms automatically. You spot blockers early, avoid last-minute stress, and make sure planning, approvals, and publishing run smoothly. This is especially helpful in a team, because you don't have to first sort out in chats what's up next – Home shows it right away.
5-minute check (recommended order)
The flow is deliberately always the same. You don't have to think long – you simply work through the most important signals once. Afterwards you'll know whether to dive into execution today or whether you should clear a bottleneck first.
- Check Assigned to me: if something is waiting, approve it first or give clear feedback.
- Check the Calendar: if there are gaps here, you know right away: catch up on planning.
- Briefly scan Recently published: just as a signal. If a post starts unusually weak, it's worth a look at Insights later.
- Use the best performer as a source of ideas: if you need to produce something quickly today, take the best performer as a template and build a second version in Posts.
Mini rules that make the routine easy
These rules are simple but effective. They make sure you're not optimizing in the wrong place while a blocker is actually in the way. If you use them consistently, the dashboard goes from a "nice overview" to a real steering tool.
- If something under Accounts needs attention (e.g. token/reconnect), take care of that first. It's the foundation for posting, the Inbox, and Insights to run reliably. (To connect: Adding social media channels.)
- If reviews are open, that's almost always priority 2.
- If your planning is empty, schedule two posts first before optimizing for "perfect".
What do I do after the check?
Now you don't go deeper into the dashboard – you go straight to the right area:
- Planning missing: Calendar
- Content missing: Posts
- Turning an idea into reality: AI Studio
- Learnings missing: Insights
- Replies pending: Inbox
