Using AI to create posts

When you need good copy fast while creating a post, the AI Crew helps you right inside your workflow – either via the AI Studio or as AI assistance in the post editor.

The advantage: you don't start from a blank page – you instantly get a clean structure including hook, key message, and call-to-action.

If you'd like to get the big picture first, start with: AI Crew: overview.

Two paths: AI Studio vs. post editor

Option A) AI Studio (fastest way from "idea" to draft)

The AI Studio is ideal when you:

  • only have an idea in your head (or want to jot it down or record it quickly)
  • need multiple platform variants
  • want a first draft quickly

Here's how it works:

  1. Open the AI Studio.
  2. Share your idea with the AI Crew (a short note is enough).
  3. If possible, include 3 pieces of info:
    • Goal (e.g. reach, leads, recruiting)
    • Platform(s)
    • Tone of voice/form of address
  4. Have it create 2–3 variants.
  5. Turn the draft into a post and schedule it or send it for approval.

Option B) AI assistance in the post editor (start manually, then improve)

If you create posts the classic way (via Calendar or Posts), you can create and optimize caption variants with AI assistance in the post editor.

Create a post:

  • in Posts: top right, click Create post
  • in the Calendar:
    • Month view: hover → plus (+)
    • Week view: hover → Create post

Then in the post editor:

  1. Choose a title + platform(s)
  2. Add media
  3. Write the caption and use AI for variants/optimization
  4. Set labels (optional)
  5. Review/approval (depending on your role)
  6. Schedule or publish

What to give the AI Crew for best results (prompt checklist)

Good inputs include:

  • Topic/message
  • Target audience (who is it for?)
  • Goal (inform, inspire, leads, comments, saves)
  • one concrete detail or example

Example:

  • "Explain in simple terms why saves matter more than likes, and give 3 examples of saveable content. Goal: more saves. Tone: casual but competent."

Best practices (so the crew really hits the mark)

  • The better the input, the better the output: goal + audience + tone.
  • Variants over perfection: better to generate 3 suggestions and pick one.
  • If you want more comments: ask for a call-to-action + a concrete question.
  • If you want more saves: ask for a checklist/steps.
  • Always do a quick check:
    • Facts/figures
    • Brand voice
    • Platform fit (too long/too short?)

Guide: AI quality check: facts, style, and compliance

💡 Tip: If you're not happy with the first result, don't change everything at once. Adjust just one dial first (e.g. tone or length) and then generate again.

Key takeaway: The AI Crew delivers the draft – you set the direction and add the final polish.
