Quickly create a post from media

Quickly create a post from media

If you already have media (image/video), the AI Studio is the fastest way to a post draft. You upload media, optionally add context – and the AI Crew turns it into text suggestions.

Where do I find this?

  1. Open the AI Studio.
  2. Start a new prompt/chat with the AI Crew.
  3. Add your media (upload).

Step by step: create a post from media

1) Upload media

  • Add media via upload (image/video).
  • Make sure the media fits the intended format (e.g. 9:16 vs. 1:1).

2) Set the platform(s)

Name the platform(s) you need the post for (e.g. Instagram + LinkedIn).

This helps the AI Crew decide better:

  • how long the text should be
  • which structure fits
  • which CTA makes sense

In the AI Studio, you can briefly note what matters when interpreting the media.

Good examples:

  • "Audience: beginners, tone: casual, goal: comments"
  • "Please add a CTA: save and share with your team"
  • "Topic: social media strategy for small teams"

4) Have variants generated

Ask for 2–3 variants, e.g.:

  • different hooks
  • different CTA options
  • possibly one version per platform

5) Adopt the draft and schedule it

Then turn the draft into a post and schedule it or send it for approval (depending on your role).

6) Create posts manually and let AI support you

You can create posts manually:

  • in Posts: top right, click Create post
  • in the Calendar:
    • Month view: hover → plus (+)
    • Week view: hover → Create post

💡 Even when creating manually: If you create a post in Posts or in the Calendar, you can still use the AI Crew to write captions or improve existing texts (e.g. shorten/lengthen, adjust the tone, sharpen the CTA).

Why is "media first" so powerful?

  • You get a usable first draft faster.
  • The AI Crew uses media + context as its foundation.
  • You save time on structuring (hook → key point → CTA).

Best practices

  • Use the AI Studio for a quick start, but always add the final polish:
    • check facts
    • check tone/brand voice
    • check the CTA
    • review hashtags/emojis (if used)
  • Provide at least 1–2 sentences of context if the media content isn't self-explanatory.
