AI for Platform-Specific Adjustments

πŸ” AI Crew for platform-specific adjustments

Not every text works equally well on every platform. With the AI Crew you can quickly rephrase a post so it fits each platform – without losing your core message.

The key idea: you don't need "five completely new posts" – you need a stable core message and platform-specific variants (length, tone, CTA, structure). The fastest way to do this is through the AI Studio.

If you first want to understand the AI Crew in general (What is it good for? Where are its limits?), start here: AI Crew: Overview.

Two ways of working: synced or individual

If you publish content on multiple platforms, you have two sensible options:

  • Synced: You use one text that stays essentially the same. This works well for clear campaign messages.
  • Individual per platform: You generate variants in seconds that are specifically optimized for each platform.

In practice, "individual" is usually better for performance – "synced" is faster.

What the AI Crew handles for you with platform adjustments

The AI Crew can help you:

  • shorten or structure texts
  • sharpen the hook
  • phrase CTAs to fit each platform
  • adjust the tone (e.g. factual vs. casual). If you want the variants to truly sound like you, this guide acts as a guardrail: Brand voice with AI: Tone & style guide
  • generate variants without having to start from scratch every time

Typical differences per platform (rules of thumb)

Instagram

  • often works well: a clear hook + short paragraphs
  • saves are especially valuable β†’ checklists, "3 steps", "5 tips"
  • CTA: "Save", "Share", "comment question"

TikTok

  • very direct and fast
  • the hook in the first 1–2 sentences has to land
  • rather short, clear, action-oriented
  • CTA: "Drop X in the comments", "Part 2?", "Follow for more"

YouTube (Shorts/videos)

  • more informative and structured
  • works well: a short summary + clear context
  • CTA: "Subscribe", "Watch the video", "comment question"

Facebook

  • more dialogue-oriented
  • works well: a clear statement + a question for the community
  • shares and comments are important signals

LinkedIn

  • more context and value ("Why is this relevant?")
  • clear structure (paragraphs, bullet points, takeaways)
  • rather fewer hashtags, but a strong CTA (e.g. ask for opinions/experiences)

ℹ️ Note: These rules are deliberately kept simple. Depending on your audience, format, and channel, deviations can make sense.

How to do it (fast workflow)

Option A: AI Studio (fastest for variants)

  1. Open the AI Studio.
  2. Give the AI Crew your core content (topic, 2–3 bullet points, or a rough draft) and name the target platforms.
  3. Ask for variants per platform (e.g. "Instagram saveable" / "TikTok direct" / "LinkedIn with takeaways").
  4. Take the best variant into a post and schedule it or send it for approval.

More on this: Creating your first post: Manual vs. AI Studio

Option B: Manually in the post editor (Posts/Calendar)

  1. Create the post in Posts or in the Calendar.
  2. Write a core text.
  3. Generate variants per platform and do the fine-tuning.

Example prompts (copy and paste)

1) Instagram version (saveable content)

"Rewrite this text for Instagram. Make it short, clear, and designed to get lots of saves. Include 3 concrete bullet points and a save CTA."

2) TikTok version (direct)

"Rewrite this as a TikTok caption: very direct, short hook, 1 clear statement, 1 question at the end."

3) YouTube version (more structured)

"Rewrite this for YouTube: a bit more context, clear structure, a 1-sentence summary at the start, CTA to comment."

4) Facebook version (discussion-driven)

"Rewrite this for Facebook: easy to understand, dialogue-oriented, with a concrete question for the community."

5) LinkedIn version (value & takeaways)

"Rewrite this for LinkedIn: more context, clear takeaways (3 bullet points), professional but not stiff. CTA: ask for experiences."

Hashtags (if you use them)

If you use hashtags, the AI Crew can help with:

  • suggesting suitable hashtags
  • trimming them down to a sensible number

Best practice: Hashtags should support the text, not dominate it.

βœ… Rule of thumb: Same message, different packaging. The AI Crew helps you find the best version for each platform.
